All sales are final.
Due to the limited, custom, and one-of-one nature of our garments, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or Wrong Item?

If your item arrives defective, damaged, or you receive the wrong product:

  • Contact us within 3 days of delivery at support@ganderdelune.com with:

    • Your order number

    • Clear photos of the issue

  • We’ll review and respond within 48 hours to resolve the issue.

  • If approved, we will offer a replacement or refund depending on availability.

Size Issues

Please refer to our size guide before purchasing.
We do not offer returns or refunds for incorrect sizing, especially for one-of-one or handmade pieces.

Order Cancellation

Orders cannot be canceled once placed due to the made-to-order nature of our work. Please double-check all details before purchasing.
