Processing Times
All orders are processed within 3–5 business days unless stated otherwise on the product page.
Made-to-order and one-of-one items may take 7–10 business days to process before shipment due to custom embroidery or manual production.
You will receive an order confirmation email after purchase and a separate notification with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Domestic Shipping (U.S.)

Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days (available at checkout if offered)
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the shipping address and package weight.
International Shipping
We offer worldwide shipping. Delivery times range from 7–21 business days depending on destination and customs processing.
International orders may be subject to additional customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package is marked as delivered, Gander De Lune is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
If tracking shows delivery but you have not received your package, please contact the shipping carrier. If further assistance is needed, contact us at support@ganderdelune.com.

Preorders and Drop Releases
For items marked as preorder or part of a limited drop, specific delivery timelines will be provided on the product page. These items may require additional time for production.
